Jean-Rodolphe Fiechter

Jean-Rodolphe Fiechter is a multilingual (French/German/English/Italian) construction and real estate lawyer with over 15 years' experience in Switzerland and abroad (including Singapore and New York). Jean-Rodolphe has a solid experience in cross-border construction and real estate advice and dispute resolution, representing domestic and foreign clients (architects, engineers, developers and facility managers) before Swiss courts, mediators and arbitral tribunals (including FIDIC DAB and SIA 150) and acting as arbitrator. His past and current projects include luxury hotels, pharmaceutical plants, an international congress venue in Africa, an opera house, airports and railway stations, hydro power plants in Switzerland and abroad, and high-end chalets in the Swiss Alps. Jean-Rodolphe Fiechter is at the forefront of the digital revolution in the construction industry. He assists his clients with the legal implementation of BIM (Building Information Modelling).
