Receive confirmation of capital payment

When setting up a LLC or stock corporation, you need a capital payment confirmation to prove that the founding capital has been paid. Jurata® will assist you in receiving this confirmation. This keeps the effort for you to a minimum.

Step 4

Sign documents

We will check your information and clarify any ambiguities. When everything is ready, you can easily print out the founding documents at home, sign them and send them to us.

Notarial certification

A partner notary of Jurata® carries out the founding act. You don't have to be local to set up. Of course, you can register your company in all Swiss cantons. The costs of notarization are included in the price.

Step 6

Entry in the commercial register

Your new company is entered in the commercial register. We will send you all original founding documents by post. Now you're good to go!

What are the prerequisites for founding a company?

To register a sole proprietorship in Switzerland, all you need is a company domicile in Switzerland. In particular, no minimum capital is required.

How does the fixed price guarantee work?

All services listed are included in the start-up package at the specified fixed price. This way, you won't experience any unpleasant surprises and have complete cost transparency.

Are there any additional costs?

The start-up packages do not include the costs of registration in the commercial register (approx. CHF 200) and for the certification of your signatures (approx. CHF 20 per founder).

How long does it take to set up?

The establishment of a sole proprietorship usually takes around 2 to 3 weeks from the time of appointment to registration in the commercial register. After we have received all your information and the signed founding documents from you, we will immediately register the sole proprietorship for registration with the commercial register. Depending on the workload of the commercial register office, the registration process can take a few weeks.
