Luca Fábián
Luca holds a Master of Law from the University of Zurich and has a wide range of experience in the legal sector, including in renowned commercial law firms. He has also conducted research at the interface between law and IT. At the beginning of the coronavirus crisis, Luca co-founded the non-profit legal advice organisation Legal Help and scaled it to over 100 volunteers. Luca combines strategic flair and a great enthusiasm for working in a passionate team. To balance out the hectic startup routine, he enjoys playing all kinds of sports.💪🏼
David Roegiers
David holds a Master's degree in IT Engineering from the University of Ghent and a degree in Business Administration from ETH Zurich. As a former CTO of a SaaS startup and employee of UX agency Ginetta, he brings a practical mix of product and technology experience. Originally from Belgium, David combines an entrepreneurial spirit with practical engineering knowledge and is constantly looking for simple solutions to complex problems, which has led him into the dynamic legal market. When he has time, you can find David on the hockey field.🏑
Sercan Izgi
Sercan studied business administration at the Vienna University of Economics and Business. During his studies, he found particular enthusiasm in the field of digital marketing and was able to specialise in the area of user growth. Most recently, he led the growth team of an Austrian crypto start-up. In his free time, he likes to play basketball and enjoys watching Formula 1.🏀🏎️
Selim Gautschi
Selim is studying for a Master's degree in Law at the University of Lucerne and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Law from the ZHAW. In the course of his interdisciplinary studies, he dealt with the digitalisation of the legal sector and worked with various tools. As a LegalTech enthusiast, Selim is motivated to make access to legal services easier with a dynamic start-up. In addition to his work and studies, he balances his everyday life with sport and can be found on the ski slopes, football pitch or tennis court.🏈🎾
Luca Büchi
After completing his Matura in Business & Law, Luca gained a lot of experience in customer service at various companies, including working for an insurance company, for promotion agencies and in retail. Luca has been studying law at the University of Zurich since 2016. Luca came into contact with the field of LegalTech through the Swiss LegalTech Association at UZH. Luca has been actively supporting Jurata's clients as a Legal Operator since the end of 2022. In his free time, he either trains acrobatic rock & roll or goes jogging. 🕺🏼💃🏼
Mihai Chiciu
Mihai is an enthusiastic software engineer from Romania who is always looking for new challenges to overcome. Although he is a new member of the team, with his experience at IBM and the London Stock Exchange Group, he is motivated to play a key role in shaping the work and products that Jurata develops. When he's not working, he's travelling or looking for new ideas to work on.🗺️
Joel Wohlhauser
Joel originally completed his training as a computer scientist in Zug. He then worked as a software developer at a small non-profit organisation and at Zurich University Hospital, in addition to his community service. Joel is currently studying business informatics at Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts and brings his diverse tech skills to the Jurata team. Joel is also very interested in software development in his private life and has already built several AI platforms himself in his spare time. Joel also enjoys sports, either in the gym or on the ski slopes. 👨🏼💻⛷️
Pauline Meyer
Pauline completed her law degree at the University of Fribourg and already gained practical experience in law firms and in an exciting start-up in the art industry during her studies. She has been working as Legal Operations Lead at Jurata since 2024 and helps shape the organization in the legal department with great commitment. Here she can fully live out her passion for process optimization and innovative solutions. In the evenings and at weekends, Pauline can be found in cozy restaurants or at art exhibitions.

Joshua Clivaz
As a law student, Joshua is passionate about poring over legal texts, but also has a soft spot for technology. From an early age, he tinkered with computers in his spare time and took on various IT jobs independently. He also supported a canton in the management of various databases and worked in a small law firm in various areas of law. At Jurata, Joshua assists clients in particular with company foundations. When he's not working in legal, tech or legal tech, Joshua can be found on the judo mat or in the mountains.

Tristan Schloesser
Tristan is currently studying Law & Economics at the University of St. Gallen, where he also supported startups in scaling their businesses alongside his studies. With a strong interdisciplinary background and a firm belief that LegalTech will revolutionize legal services, Tristan joined Jurata to help maintain the company's strong momentum, analyze market opportunities, and optimize existing processes. Outside of work, Tristan enjoys hiking, playing tennis, and ski touring in the mountains.

Simon Raess
Simon studied psychology at the University of Bern. He has over 20 years of experience as a designer and entrepreneur. Simon has worked for Swisscom and Google in the past. He then founded Ginetta AG, a renowned digital agency based in Zurich and Bern, which specialises in the development of digital products for large companies such as SBB, PostFinance, IKEA, etc. In his free time, Simon can be found snowboarding in the mountains.🏂
Françoise Birnholz
Françoise Birnholz is a commercial lawyer with experience in international banking, particularly in cross-border regulatory matters. She has worked for major global financial institutions and is both a Swiss and New York lawyer. She is a blockchain evangelist and an experienced business angel specialising in various technology areas, including RegTech and LegalTech.
Florian Faes
Florian Faes is the co-founder and Managing Director of Slator, the leading provider of news, analysis and consultancy for the global language services and technology industry. Florian supports Jurata in the marketing, content and localisation of the platform for expansion in the fast-growing European markets.
Manuel Hauslaib
Manuel Hauslaib is a marketing and growth expert with more than 15 years of experience in creative agencies and international technology companies. As a marketing professional, he also supports other companies as an advisor in their mission to build high-performance brands and organisations. His core expertise lies in developing results-orientated marketing playbooks and building brands and teams with high efficiency and measurable success. Manuel supports Jurata with marketing challenges with a focus on digital performance channels.
Sandor Horvath
Sandor Horvath is an attorney-at-law, SBA family law specialist, SBA mediator and former ICRC delegate. He has many years of professional experience in communications, administration and law. Sandor supports Jurata as an advisor because he believes that legal transactions will be digital in the future. He wants to pass on his experience to young tech nerds in order to help shape an optimal platform. This should enable simple, fast and efficient collaboration between lawyers and clients.
Milena Reutlinger
Milena Reutlinger is an experienced lawyer with her own law firm Reutlaw. Her practice focuses on supporting start-ups in the implementation of innovative business ideas and digitalisation from a legal perspective. Jurata makes an important contribution to the digital transformation of legal services. Milena supports Jurata in legal matters and contributes her practical experience from her day-to-day work as a lawyer in relation to the specific needs of clients and lawyers.
Ralf Schlaepfer
Ralf Schlaepfer is a multiple entrepreneur who founded various companies before graduating as a lawyer and INSEAD MBA. Since selling his consultancy firm to PWC and most recently as Managing Partner at Deloitte, he has supported various start-ups. Ralf founded the Loewenberg Surselva Impact Lab, a not-for-profit centre for start-ups. In his view, Jurata is groundbreaking for the future development of the service industry. Ralf wants to use his experience to shape new business models in this sector, which is still far too little digitalised and liberalised.
Andrin Spring
Andrin's passion is the digital world of tomorrow. He has consulting experience and has helped build various companies as COO, CEO and VR. Andrin supports Jurata in the areas of business development, organisation/growth and strategy. He is convinced that it is time to make access to legal services more digital and easier for many.
