After we have received all your information and the signed founding documents from you, we will immediately arrange for the incorporation to be certified, which is usually carried out within two working days. The subsequent registration in the commercial register can take a few weeks — depending on the workload of the commercial register office. The establishment of a sole proprietorship usually takes around 2 to 3 weeks from the time of appointment to entry in the commercial register. After we have received all your information and the signed founding documents from you, we will immediately register the sole proprietorship for registration with the commercial register.
