The conversion package does not include the costs of registration in the commercial register (approx. CHF 1,100), the fees for our partner auditor (CHF 1,200) and the fees for our partner notary (CHF 650). The bank's costs for the capital payment account (CHF 200—400, depending on the bank and offering, even less or even free of charge) are also not included.
