The dissolution of the LLC or stock corporation is entered in the commercial register. Processing by the commercial register office usually takes 1–3 weeks. Your company name now carries the suffix “in liquidation”.

Jurata® publishes the call to creditors in the Swiss Official Gazette of Commerce for you. The call asks creditors to register their claims with the company in liquidation.

The deletion can take place no earlier than 1 year after the call to creditors was published in the Swiss Official Gazette of Commerce. We send you a ready-to-file application that you can submit once the deadline has passed and the liquidation is complete. This allows the LLC or stock corporation to be finally deleted.
