The resolution of the shareholders' or general meeting to close the LLC or stock corporation is notarized by our partner notaries. You do not need to be present on-site for this.

Registration of the winding-up in the commercial register
The winding-up of the LLC or stock corporation is registered in the commercial register. The processing by the commercial registry office usually takes 1-3 weeks. Your company name will now receive the addition "in liquidation."

Publication of the call on creditors
Jurata® publishes the call on creditors in the Swiss Official Gazette of Commerce for you. With the debt call, creditors are requested to register their claims with the company in liquidation.

Dissolution of the company
The deletion can occur no sooner than 1 year after the publication of the debt call in the Swiss Official Gazette of Commerce. For this, we will provide you with a finalised application that you can submit after the deadline and after the completion of the required liquidation actions. This allows for the final dissolution of the LLC or Stock Corporation.
