The start-up packages do not include the costs of registration in the commercial register (CHF 600—900) and for certifying your signatures (approx. CHF 20 per founder). The bank's costs for the capital payment account (CHF 200—400, depending on the bank and offering, even less or even free of charge) are also not included.
The notarization is carried out by approved, certified Swiss notaries from our network of lawyers & notaries. In this way, you can be sure that the notarization is correct and that nothing stands in the way of your incorporation.

The formation of a LLC or stock corporation usually takes around 3 to 6 weeks from the time of appointment to entry in the commercial register. After we have received all your information and the signed founding documents from you, we will immediately arrange for the incorporation to be certified, which is usually carried out within two working days. The subsequent entry in the commercial register can take a few weeks, depending on the workload of the commercial register office.
The establishment of a sole proprietorship usually takes around 2 to 3 weeks from the time of appointment to registration in the commercial register. After we have received all your information and the signed founding documents from you, we will immediately register the sole proprietorship for registration with the commercial register.
